​For over 40 years, I have been studying and implementing transformational success principles in my retail careers and entrepreneurial ventures and now, as a sought-after speaker, trainer, and certified coach, my workshops and coaching programs help people breakthrough limitations and achieve greater results than they’ve known before. I have also always been an enthusiastic proponent of healthy eating, natural health products and being active outdoors in nature. I believe our health and wellbeing in body, mind and spirit are paramount to a happy and fulfilling life. If we don't have the energy or vitality to do the work needed to achieve our dreams, it is so much harder to do so.

​I have always been blessed with excellent health and energy, but not long ago, I started to feel more tired, more often, during the day. I didn't know what was going on, since I'm pretty high energy. I ignored the fatigue since I was working really hard, long hours and yes, even missing meals. But when other symptoms started appearing like blurry vision, dry throat and thirst, I had no choice but to stop and listen to my body and see my doctor. After bloodwork came back with high blood sugar that put me borderline diabetic, I almost fell out of my chair! I hardly eat junk food or sweets (ok, I love my chocolate, but in moderation). But, when I reflected on how I was treating myself as I focused on helping others, I realized I wasn't taking my own council. I pushed myself hard, did less physical activity, and missed meals. Even when what I ate was still healthy and I took my vitamins, it just wasn't enough.

​Earlier that year, I was introduced to a Korean wellness and skincare company; Atomy, by a friend that was using their products for years (and had beautiful skin). At first, I just ordered online what I was running out off in skincare. But, when I got my health diagnosis from my doctor and he prescribed pills, I took a serious look at Atomy's natural health products. I was so impressed with the variety and quality of their products, I replaced what I was using with Atomy and got back to a better quality wellness routine. I, once again, have the energy and good health to help my clients, family and friends with their dreams and goals. And because I was so impressed with Atomy products, I decided to share them with others.
